Me Up:

The Podcast

Welcome to Wellness Me Up…

where healing isn't linear, and neither is this podcast.

Wellness Me Up is where coaches and healers get into the stuff that actually matters when your life is on fire - the messy, the magical, and everything in between.

🌿 Every episode brings a different voice and a different way of looking at your life - spanning six areas of wellness: spiritual, relationships, emotional & mental, physical, life transitions & identity, and financial & purpose.

🌿 Wellness isn't a checklist. And this podcast doesn't pretend it is. If you've ever Googled your feelings at 11pm and ended up more confused than when you started - this is for you.

🌿 We keep it honest, weird, and wonderful - because no one has their shit together 100%, and that's kind of the point.

Not sure where to start? Head to the Cidabit diary - read a bit, then listen to what actually calls to you.

Want to Be a Guest Coach on the pod?

  • If you're a wellness practitioner, guide, coach, or healer… I want to give you the mic. Not every podcast is building a platform. This one is. Come be part of it early.

  • Six questions. Five you can prep for. One you absolutely cannot.

We spin the WTF Wellness Isn't Linear Wheel. Whatever it lands on, we go there. Deep, weird, funny, uncomfortable… could be any of it. Probably all of it.

Come for the conversation. Stay for the crow's feet.

What was it like being a guest on Wellness Me Up? Any standout moments, takeaways, or surprises?

I loved hanging out with Amanda. She has a super fun, warm, inviting atmosphere. I also loved the wheel and how it made the conversation even more magical and spontaneous.

Anything you’d say to someone considering being on the show? Maybe something you wish you knew beforehand, or what made you feel at ease.

I would recommend it for sure. Amanda is a great host who puts you at ease and makes the experience fun as well.

Is there anything you wish you'd said to potential clients who might be listening? A message, an insight, or a little reminder for those who might need your work.

    I can't think of anything I didn't say on the podcast :)

What was it like being a guest on Wellness Me Up? Any standout moments, takeaways, or surprises?

I really enjoyed my time as a podcast guest on Wellness Me Up. I have been a guest on a handful of other podcasts at this point, but this was, without a doubt, the most fun and comfortable. Amanda has a way of making guests feel at ease, making it more of a really good conversation, instead of a rigid interview. This approach allowed me to share the best of myself and my message.

Anything you’d say to someone considering being on the show? Maybe something you wish you knew beforehand, or what made you feel at ease.

I highly recommend being a guest on this podcast. Come prepared, but ready to throw the plan away and go where the conversation leads you. I found that our tangents were some of the best parts.

Is there anything you wish you'd said to potential clients who might be listening? A message, an insight, or a little reminder for those who might need your work.

A final message would be to remind the moms out there that they need to prioritize themselves. They are the heart of their family and their community. And when they are well taken care of, everyone thrives. ❤

You're not stuck, you're simply running on a system created for an old version of you. We update the "system" (aka habits, routines or ways of thinking) and everything shifts.

What was it like being a guest on Wellness Me Up? Any standout moments, takeaways, or surprises?

I loved every minute of my time with Amanda. She is warm, easy going and being on the podcast was like being with an old friend in the coziness of my living room sharing a warm cup of coffee!

Anything you’d say to someone considering being on the show? Maybe something you wish you knew beforehand, or what made you feel at ease.

Having the questions up front was helpful so you are not thinking of things on the spot.

I think a good starting point to understanding how I work would really be to read my book Lingerlust: Your Guide to Spiritual Awakening, Inner Healing and Fulfillment. It comes out on January 9th 2026. I think the best snappiest way to describe it is "Awakening is the spark, inner healing is the journey, fulfillment is the destination and this (Lingerlust) is the map"

What was it like being a guest on Wellness Me Up? Any standout moments, takeaways, or surprises?

Fun, relaxing, reflective + meaningful. I was nervous and it was a 10/10 experience!

Anything you’d say to someone considering being on the show? Maybe something you wish you knew beforehand, or what made you feel at ease.

It was the best!! Amanda is intuitive, genuine, compassionate, funny, and supportive - I didn’t want our time together to end and it was inspiring to be in her energy.

Is there anything you wish you'd said to potential clients who might be listening? A message, an insight, or a little reminder for those who might need your work.

Realizing you need help and asking for help are huge mountains. Just remember, you are never alone and human kind, animals and nature are pretty awesome. One breath, step or leap at a time - you are doing better than you think - everything cycles - you got this !

What was it like being a guest on Wellness Me Up? Any standout moments, takeaways, or surprises?

Had so much fun on the Wellness Me Up podcast! I've never been a podcast guest before and Amanda made it easy. I felt more like I was having a great conversation with a good friend.

Anything you’d say to someone considering being on the show? Maybe something you wish you knew beforehand, or what made you feel at ease.

Be rooted in the present, don't worry about "how you are coming across" and just be you! (Again, Amanda made this part easy!)

Is there anything you wish you'd said to potential clients who might be listening? A message, an insight, or a little reminder for those who might need your work.

I'd just want to say to struggling peri & menopausal women - there is NOTHING wrong with you!!! ❤️ A little bit of support can help cut through the overwhelm and "meno-influencer" noise - so you can choose how you go through this phase.

What was it like being a guest on Wellness Me Up? Any standout moments, takeaways, or surprises?

This was a very fun opportunity to share what I love to do! Amanda made me feel so comfortable before, after, and during the interview. I really enjoyed the mystery question as most podcasts miss out by not having that—that question gave me a unique way to share another side of myself. Even if only 1 person hears this podcast, I know for a fact that they will enjoy it.

Anything you’d say to someone considering being on the show? Maybe something you wish you knew beforehand, or what made you feel at ease.

Just relax and enjoy yourself. It will be like having a conversation with an old friend. Don’t be uptight or nervous; this is just another way to tell somebody about what you love to do!

Is there anything you wish you'd said to potential clients who might be listening? A message, an insight, or a little reminder for those who might need your work.

No, I think Amanda was able to pull out all the vital nuggets and more!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • It’s a podcast… but not the kind where everything sounds perfectly put together and slightly fake.

Wellness Me Up is where coaches, healers, and real humans talk about what actually helps when life feels off… when you’re done pretending everything’s fine and want something that actually feels real.

It’s honest, a little messy at times, sometimes funny, sometimes deep… and always grounded in real-life experiences.

The goal isn’t to give you a perfect answer… it’s to give you perspectives that actually make you think, feel, and maybe see things a little differently.

  • It covers real-life wellness… across the areas that actually impact how you live, connect, and feel day to day.

At Wellness Me Up, conversations are centered around six core areas:

    • Spiritual wellness… your connection to yourself, your intuition, and whatever you believe in beyond the surface

    • Relationships… dating, friendships, family dynamics, and how you show up in connection

    • Emotional & mental wellness… self-esteem, mindset, stress, and understanding what’s actually going on internally

    • Physical wellness… your body, energy, movement, rest, and nervous system

    • Life transitions & identity… those moments where everything shifts and you’re figuring out who you are now

    • Financial & purpose… work, money, business, and creating something that actually aligns with your life

Each episode brings in a different coach or perspective… so you’re not just hearing one way of doing things.

You’re getting real conversations, different approaches, and insights you can actually connect to… depending on where you’re at in your life.

  • It’s for people who are over surface-level advice.

    If you’ve ever thought:

    • “I know all the things… but it’s not actually changing anything”

    • “My life looks fine but feels off”

    • “I’m trying to figure myself out but don’t know where to start”

…this is probably your kind of conversation.

Also… if you’re tired of people saying “you’ll feel at home here”… yeah, same 😄
For some of us, “home” wasn’t exactly calm or peaceful… so we’re not using that as the standard here.

This is more like… real conversations, different perspectives, and space to figure things out in a way that actually works for you. Not perfect, not scripted… just honest.

  • We don’t pretend wellness is a straight line… because it’s not.

There’s no “do these 5 things and your life will magically work out” energy here.

Instead, we literally spin the WTF Wellness Wheel… because honestly, life, healing, and growth are more like a chaotic loopty-loop spiral than a checklist.

Some days you feel grounded… other days you’re like “what the hell am I doing?” and both are part of it.

Each episode brings real conversations, different perspectives, and a bit of humour into the process… because if you can’t laugh at some of it, you’ll lose your mind.

At Wellness Me Up, we’re not trying to fix you… we’re just exploring what actually helps, in real life, with all the pivots that come with it.

  • You can listen wherever you normally stream podcasts… all the links are there so you can jump in wherever it works best for you.

Each episode is also paired with a Cidabit entry… part of the Wellness Me Up Diary.

Cidabit is inspired by “Sit A Bit.” I remember being the girl behind the screen searching for answers… and before screens (because the internet was just becoming a thing), we sat with people. My aunt was that person for me. She didn’t try to fix me… she just sat with me.

    That’s the energy behind Cidabit.

You can read more about it here → Cidabit: The Wellness Me Up Diary

From there, you can read a bit, get a feel for the episode, and then listen to what actually resonates with you.

If there’s an area of wellness you’re curious about… you can sit a bit, read about it, then give it a listen. If it’s not something you’re working on or wanting to learn about right now… carry on.

Not every area of wellness is going to appeal to everyone… it depends on where you’re at in life.

  • Yes… especially if you’re a coach or practitioner who actually cares about how people experience this work in real life.

Wellness Me Up is all about bringing in different voices and perspectives… so listeners can hear what support actually looks like across different areas of wellness.

If that feels aligned… send me a message and learn more here.

The vibe is authentic, no BS, and fun.
