Me Up:

The Podcast

Hosted by Amanda Reece, founder of Wellness Me Up.

Welcome to Wellness Me Up…

where healing isn't linear, and neither is this podcast.

Wellness Me Up is where coaches and healers get into the stuff that actually matters when your life is on fire - the messy, the magical, and everything in between.

🌿 Every episode brings a different voice and a different way of looking at your life - spanning six areas of wellness: spiritual, relationships, emotional & mental, physical, life transitions & identity, and financial & purpose.

🌿 Wellness isn't a checklist. And this podcast doesn't pretend it is. If you've ever Googled your feelings at 11pm and ended up more confused than when you started - this is for you.

🌿 We keep it honest, weird, and wonderful - because no one has their shit together 100%, and that's kind of the point.

Want to Be a Guest Coach on the pod?

  • If you're a wellness practitioner, guide, coach, or healer… I want to give you the mic. Not every podcast is building a platform. This one is. Come be part of it early.

  • Six questions. Five you can prep for. One you absolutely cannot.

We spin the WTF Wellness Isn't Linear Wheel. Whatever it lands on, we go there. Deep, weird, funny, uncomfortable… could be any of it. Probably all of it.

Come for the conversation. Stay for the crow's feet.

What was it like being a guest on Wellness Me Up? Any standout moments, takeaways, or surprises?

I really enjoyed my time as a podcast guest on Wellness Me Up. I have been a guest on a handful of other podcasts at this point, but this was, without a doubt, the most fun and comfortable. Amanda has a way of making guests feel at ease, making it more of a really good conversation, instead of a rigid interview. This approach allowed me to share the best of myself and my message.

Anything you’d say to someone considering being on the show? Maybe something you wish you knew beforehand, or what made you feel at ease.

I highly recommend being a guest on this podcast. Come prepared, but ready to throw the plan away and go where the conversation leads you. I found that our tangents were some of the best parts.

A final message would be to remind the moms out there that they need to prioritize themselves. They are the heart of their family and their community. And when they are well taken care of, everyone thrives. ❤

You're not stuck, you're simply running on a system created for an old version of you. We update the "system" (aka habits, routines or ways of thinking) and everything shifts.

What was it like being a guest on Wellness Me Up? Any standout moments, takeaways, or surprises?

I loved every minute of my time with Amanda. She is warm, easy going and being on the podcast was like being with an old friend in the coziness of my living room sharing a warm cup of coffee!

Having the questions up front was helpful so you are not thinking of things on the spot.

I think a good starting point to understanding how I work would really be to read my book Lingerlust: Your Guide to Spiritual Awakening, Inner Healing and Fulfillment. It comes out on January 9th 2026. I think the best snappiest way to describe it is "Awakening is the spark, inner healing is the journey, fulfillment is the destination and this (Lingerlust) is the map"

Fun, relaxing, reflective + meaningful. I was nervous and it was a 10/10 experience!

It was the best!! Amanda is intuitive, genuine, compassionate, funny, and supportive - I didn’t want our time together to end and it was inspiring to be in her energy.

Realizing you need help and asking for help are huge mountains. Just remember, you are never alone and human kind, animals and nature are pretty awesome. One breath, step or leap at a time - you are doing better than you think - everything cycles - you got this !

Be rooted in the present, don't worry about "how you are coming across" and just be you! (Again, Amanda made this part easy!)

I'd just want to say to struggling peri & menopausal women - there is NOTHING wrong with you!!! ❤️ A little bit of support can help cut through the overwhelm and "meno-influencer" noise - so you can choose how you go through this phase.

What was it like being a guest on Wellness Me Up? Any standout moments, takeaways, or surprises?

This was a very fun opportunity to share what I love to do! Amanda made me feel so comfortable before, after, and during the interview. I really enjoyed the mystery question as most podcasts miss out by not having that—that question gave me a unique way to share another side of myself. Even if only 1 person hears this podcast, I know for a fact that they will enjoy it.

Anything you’d say to someone considering being on the show? Maybe something you wish you knew beforehand, or what made you feel at ease.

Just relax and enjoy yourself. It will be like having a conversation with an old friend. Don’t be uptight or nervous; this is just another way to tell somebody about what you love to do!

Is there anything you wish you'd said to potential clients who might be listening? A message, an insight, or a little reminder for those who might need your work.

No, I think Amanda was able to pull out all the vital nuggets and more!
