Amandafesting grew out of my own healing and reinvention.
I didn’t start this work because I had everything figured out… I started it because I was learning how much changes when you feel supported on the inside.
Over time, that awareness became a way of helping others build lives and businesses that feel steady, aligned, and less reactive.
Today, I blend nervous system awareness, mindset, and practical structure with one simple goal… helping people feel safe enough to grow.
