Who Is Eileen Rouse?
Eileen Rouse is a certified intuitive coach, sound healing practitioner, and channeler who works with the angelic realm and ascended masters to help women navigate spiritual awakening, identity shifts, and major life transitions. She offers channeled readings, one-on-one coaching programs, sound baths, and a free alignment call for anyone who doesn't know which of those they actually need yet.
Her website is eileenintospirit.com. Eileen. Into. Spirit. I lean into spirit. It came to her in meditation and I am never getting over it.
We also talked for twenty minutes before hitting record. Nobody will ever know what we covered. There is no evidence. It happened. It helped. Moving on.
Who Am I?
This is the question Eileen opened with before we even hit record and it sent our brains completely off the rails in the best possible way.
Who am I?
It sounds simple. It is not simple. Most of us spend our entire lives answering that question by default β letting our jobs define us, our relationships define us, our family roles define us β without ever actually stopping to ask it directly.
Eileen asks it directly. And then she waits.
Because when someone really sits with that question β when they stop giving the surface answer and start going deeper β that is where everything starts to shift. The identity that no longer fits. The relationships that no longer align. The career that felt right for years and suddenly doesn't. The version of yourself you have been maintaining for everyone else's comfort instead of your own.
Who am I? is not a small question. It is the only question. And Eileen has built her entire practice around helping women answer it honestly.
You Don't Need Clarity. You Need Certainty.
This was the moment in this conversation that made me want to rewind and listen again immediately.
Eileen said that most women come to her saying the same thing. I need more clarity. And she tells them directly β no you don't. You're very clear. You've seen the signs. You know which relationships are working. You know you're in a dead-end job. You know you're people-pleasing. What you're looking for is certainty. You want someone other than yourself to tell you what to do.
Because you're afraid to make the choice.
That is where people get stuck. Standing at the threshold between the old version of themselves and the new one β straddling that line and gripping onto it for dear life. Because the old version is familiar. Practiced. Safe. Even when it is clearly no longer working.
I shared my own version of this β the apartment I stayed in for years because it was cheap. That apartment carried a version of me that was spent in pain and in a diseased state. After my hysterectomy and healing from cancer and endometriosis and learning I could walk without lower back pain β my apartment no longer felt like mine. Every time I would come back from traveling I would try to change things in it. New decor. Different energy. Anything to make it feel right again. And it never did.
But I kept saying I would live there forever because of how cheap it was. Friends noticed me trying to redecorate my way out of a problem. My sister finally said the obvious thing out loud. And I went... oh. Yeah. I can just leave.
When Eileen heard me say the word cheap she knew immediately what was underneath it. I don't feel that my worth and my value is more than what this is providing me.
At the time I genuinely felt trapped. Like I would not have options if I left. Like I could not afford anything else. Miss Amandafesting β the woman with a whole manifesting framework called Aim and Align β was talking in the most limiting language imaginable and did not even see it. A friend lovingly called me out when I finally decided to pack it up.
I cannot tell you how much my world has opened up since letting go of it. I am so rich in experiences and in freedom. My whole life is expansive now. And it started with releasing one word.
Cheap.
Sound Is Key
In 2019 Eileen received a message from Archangel Metatron. Three words. Sound is key.
She did not know what it meant at first. She wrote it down. She put it in front of her. And then she started really listening β to the news, to her music, to everything she was consuming β and asking how does this make me feel? What does this make me think? What does this make me believe?
And then it clicked.
Sound is based on frequency. It is based on vibration. And the words we use carry a specific frequency and a specific vibration. Which means the language we use about ourselves, about money, about our lives β is not neutral. It is either expanding us or shrinking us.
Eileen stopped using the word expensive because it was telling her there were things she could not afford. She says grand rising instead of good morning because she is rising into who she is becoming and she wants her first words of the day to reflect that.
I borrowed that immediately. I am a grand rising person now. Done.
She also had someone comment on one of her TikToks telling her to stop saying grand rising. She now opens every single video with grand rising. Because as she explained β you're spiking my algorithm whether you agree or not. π
The Mirror That Shows What You Won't Face
This is how Eileen describes her work and it is one of the most honest descriptions of coaching I have heard on this podcast.
She tunes into what people are not saying. What they are not acknowledging. What they are not willing to face. And then she puts it in front of them so they can have the aha moment themselves.
She is not there to make people dependent on her. That is her explicit goal β independence. Teaching people to understand their own universal language, their own intuition, so they can be their own guide. Because that is what it is actually about.
One client β who Eileen absolutely loves β has been with her for years. Comes to her mostly for channeled readings. Recently went back and listened to a reading from two years ago and called Eileen to say she finally understood what Metatron had said in that session.
What clicked?
That she has got to fucking move.
And she is now in the process of moving. To the city she wanted. Into the house she wanted. Two years after the reading told her it was coming.
Not everything lands when it is first delivered. Some things need time to find their home in you. And when they do β you cannot unknow them.
You're Too Comfortable
This is what Eileen told a client right before she started a coaching program with her. And the client was furious.
I am not comfortable. I am uncomfortable. That's what I am.
No. You're too comfortable.
Four weeks in the client called her. Goddammit Eileen. I cannot believe I am going to say this but you were right. I am so comfortable that you are making me get uncomfortable. You are making me be okay with being uncomfortable.
And that is the shift. Not fixing something that is wrong β because nothing is wrong. What is lacking is belief. Trust. The willingness to listen to yourself.
Once people start actually listening β really listening β there is no denying what they need to do. They see it. They are clear about it. And things start moving very quickly.
Another client. Five to six weeks into the program. Got the job she did not have when she started. Moved into the house she wanted in the city she wanted to be in. Was genuinely shocked it happened that fast.
Eileen was not shocked. This is what happens when you get out of your own way.
The WTF Wheel Question: What Are You Proud of Healing That Nobody Clapped for?
Oh this one. This wheel question went somewhere I was not ready for.
Eileen shared that as the oldest daughter of a single parent she had an abandonment wound she did not even know about until she was 25. She healed it β quietly, privately, mostly without anyone knowing it was there. To the point where she can now look at family members who hurt her and feel genuine love with no pain attached. No resentment. No pull to control the dynamic. Just love and clear boundaries and nothing more.
She said that when you truly heal something you know it because you can look at the person who caused the wound and feel no charge. Just love. And she asked if I had ever experienced that.
I shared my own version. A cousin recently asked me how I don't feel guilt for walking away from my family. And when I actually sat with the question I realized the honest answer was I don't. Not anymore. There was a time that the thought of leaving would have washed me in guilt. Now I have love and gratitude for what that family gave me. And I have absolute clarity that I cannot be in those dynamics anymore.
Nobody clapped for that. That healing happened in private. In therapy sessions and coaching calls and long walks and nights of crying and very gradual, very quiet shifts in what I was willing to carry.
And then one day I realized I was not carrying it anymore.
That is worth celebrating. Even if nobody is clapping.
I said I would clap for Eileen if nobody else had. She said she would take it. And I meant it.
Grand Rising, Everyone
I said it in the episode and I will say it here β I am absolutely stealing grand rising and I have zero regrets about it.
Because the words we use matter. The frequency we move through matters. What we consume, what we say out loud, what we repeat to ourselves every single day β it is all building or breaking something.
And I jumped in with my own version of this. I close all of my Aim and Align manifesting content with hope you have a meaningful day. Because I don't know what kind of day you are going to have. But I hope it means something to you either way β that it provides some clarity, some direction, some reflection.
We are both out here choosing our words intentionally. And it shows.
What Wellness Me Up Means to Eileen
A balance of equal amounts of harmony and flow in the mind, body, and spirit.
She noticed that it is centred on me β and that is the point. How do you align yourself? How do you give yourself permission to be balanced and harmonized in your everyday experience?
Not as a destination. As an ongoing practice. A daily choice to lean in.
Eileen Into Spirit. She is leaning in every single day.
And so are we.
